Paul Saba has over 30 years of experience law practice specializing in real estate, advising a broad range of corporate and individual clients including builders, developers, lenders, and brokers. With a background in both litigation and transactional law, Paul T. Saba is capable of successfully guiding clients through a range of complex real estate transactions.
Paul Saba has effectively litigated cases in state and federal courts, ranging from the United States bankruptcy courts to United States district courts in Kentucky and Ohio, including both bench and trial jury trials. He has also argued cases before the Supreme Court of Ohio, among many other venues.
Paul T. Saba received his juris doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. He has also received Super Lawyer recognition regularly for more than a decade.
